Follow traveler documents, SOPs, customer specifications, photos, prints, and work instructions. Maintain cleanroom compliance, housekeeping standards, and product protection procedures. Support quality-focused production processes in a controlled manufacturing environment. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, cleanroom, or a similar hands-on environment. Ability to follow detailed and sometimes complex instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality. Basic computer and mobile device skills for data entry and communication. Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. Ability to wear cleanroom garments, including coveralls, boots, and head coverings, for extended periods up to 8 hours. Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment. Experience handling, inspecting, and packaging metal or precision parts. Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, anodized metals, quartz, ceramic, or titanium. Experience working from SOPs, traveler documents, prints, photos, or detailed work instructions.
