Manufacturing Pay:

On-site Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial saw equipment and using precision measuring tools to ensure materials are cut accurately according to specifications. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut materials according to work orders and specifications. Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and measurements. Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and rulers to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards. Perform setup adjustments and ensure accurate cuts before production runs. Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Report equipment issues, material defects, or quality concerns to supervisors. Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial saws or related manufacturing equipment preferred. Experience using measuring instruments is required. Ability to read measurements accurately and perform basic math calculations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with quality inspection procedures. Knowledge of workplace safety practices and machine operation.
