The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on garments and textiles according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines (TAJIMA). Read and interpret job orders, design files, and customer specifications. Select appropriate thread colors, needles, and machine settings based on fabric and design. Hoop garments or materials correctly to ensure accurate embroidery placement. Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues with stitching or thread tension. Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical problems as needed. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Trim threads and perform finishing touches to ensure clean and professional results. Maintain accurate records of completed work and production output. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines required. Familiarity with embroidery software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a good eye for color and design accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, occasional weekends Full time, flexible schedule 1st or 2nd shift
