Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their dynamic team.

Shift:

The company works 24/7 7 days a week. They have 3 shifts available to choose from. What's the Job? Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder according to work order instructions Load and unload rolls safely while following established safety protocols Prepare samples of finished products and print/apply labels for customer shipments Perform machine set-ups and adjustments following standard operating procedures and work order requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or related environment Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow work orders, production instructions, and technical drawings Experience performing machine set-ups, adjustments, and routine equipment checks Ability to package finished roll products according to customer specifications and work order requirements Strong quality awareness with the ability to identify and communicate production issues during the manufacturing process What's in it for me?
