As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for the precise manual assembly of intricate lighting components, lamps, and power supply units. You'll work within a dedicated production team to follow detailed blueprints and uphold quality standards, ensuring each product meets our strict specifications. What You'll Do As a, you will be responsible for: Performing manual assembly of small to medium-sized parts using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers) and power tools. Reading and interpreting work orders, technical drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate builds. Conducting visual inspections of components and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from quality standards. Performing basic soldering and wiring to connect electrical components within the housing (when applicable). Maintaining accurate production logs and equipment maintenance records in compliance with ISO standards. Collaborating closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 1-3 years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly (experience in a cleanroom or highly regulated environment is a plus). Ability to read schematics or assembly drawings, along with basic computer literacy for data entry. High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate components. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and "Right First Time" quality principles. Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours, manipulate small parts with fine motor skills, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Why Join Us in Irvine?
