Job Responsibilities Assist the machine operator with setting up and operating printing equipment. Load and unload materials used in the printing process. Monitor printed materials for quality, accuracy, and defects. Help prepare materials and supplies for production runs. Pack, label, and organize finished products. Keep the production area clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and production instructions. Support the team in meeting daily production goals. Duties Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring converting machines, including flexo presses and other industrial equipment. Handle raw materials and finished paper packaging with manual handling techniques, maintaining safety protocols. Interpret production documents such as work orders, specifications, and quality standards to facilitate accurate manufacturing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production environments. Support packaging operations by preparing materials and verifying product dimensions for proper packaging procedures. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential mechanical or operational issues early. Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of machine operation and maintenance.
