Full-Time Job Description We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator in our machine shop! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the machining and manufacturing industry. We provide on the job training and all necessary tools to help you succeed. Job Responsibilities Operate and assist with various machine shop equipment and processes. Perform saw cutting, manual milling, and grinding operations. Deburr, clean, and finish metal parts. Assist with general shop duties and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow safety procedures and company quality standards. Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications & Requirements No previous machine shop experience required; training is provided. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work safely around machinery. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others. Must comply with company safety and workplace policies.
