Our founder had rotator cuff surgery while pitching in pro baseball and couldn't sleep. So he and his physical therapist built the pillow themselves. Every pillow you build goes to someone in pain, and your work helps them get the rest they need. About This Role This is a hands-on assembly job. You'll build our pillows and get them boxed and ready to ship. This is not a forklift or pick-and-pack role. What You'll Do Put covers on foam pillows so each one fits neatly and looks right Place each finished pillow in its bag Fold boxes and pack the bagged pillows into them Check every unit for quality before it's boxed, and set aside anything that isn't right Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked Track how many units you build each day What We're Looking For You like hands-on, repetitive work and take pride in doing it well Strong attention to detail. Our pillows come in right and left sides and two sizes, and getting the right one in every box matters to our customers Reliable, on time, and able to work on your own Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for most of the shift Assembly, packing, or production line experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person What We Offer $18-$20/hour, based on experience Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., no weekends Paid sick leave & PTO Paid training on our products and process A chance to grow with a small company that's expanding Location Irvine, CA (Goodyear Park).
