Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Apply customer-specific labels to products, cartons, and pallets. Verify label accuracy and ensure compliance with client requirements. Sort, organize, and prepare products for palletizing. Build, stack, and secure pallets according to warehouse and customer specifications. Shrink-wrap and band completed pallets for shipment. Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties as assigned. Meet daily productivity and quality standards. Qualifications Previous warehouse, labeling, palletizing, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products. Standing and walking for the duration of the shift. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Skills Attention to detail Time management Teamwork Basic warehouse operations knowledge Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting. Exposure to warehouse equipment, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
