Foothill Ranch, CA Pay Rate:

$18.97 per hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Built to Run. Paid to Operate. Looking for a solid Machine Operator job close to home? If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we've got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it.

Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment used in lens production, including cutting, coating, and assembly processes Monitor machines and production lines to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Use hand tools and pneumatic tools as needed during production Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Meet production goals and follow established schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Basic computer skills for production tracking and machine operation tasks Ability to stand for 8-10+ hours per shift Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read, write, and understand English High school diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
