Job:

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to support production processes Monitor production lines and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Use hand tools and pneumatic tools safely and effectively as needed Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet production goals and follow established schedules and work instructions Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What Makes You a Fit 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred Basic computer skills for production tracking and machine operation tasks Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10+ hours per shift) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to read, write, and understand English High school diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What's In It for
