Role:
Seeking a detail-oriented Operator II to support the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell in Menlo Park, CA. This role involves detailed assembly, equipment operation, inspection, testing, repair, packaging, and documentation in accordance with established procedures. Work may be performed in a controlled cleanroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or precision production experience who thrive in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble medical devices and related components according to documented procedures.
  • Perform electronic assembly, casting/coating, mechanical assembly, packaging, and related production tasks.
  • Use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, soldering tools, adhesives, and production equipment as required.
  • Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
  • Test units using computerized test equipment.
  • Repair or correct devices and components using microscopes and applicable tools.
  • Package devices while ensuring all parts are accurate and required documentation is complete.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents.
  • Clean tools and equipment following documented procedures.
  • Dispose of hazardous waste in designated hazardous waste areas.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Notify the supervisor or lead of supply needs or production issues.
  • Support a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Good hand dexterity and ability to handle small components and parts.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
USOPS Pay:
$23.00
  • $25.
