We are seeking and experienced machine operator to operate CNC / Manual Mills & Lathes, Drill Presses and saws. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Load and run CNC / Manual Mills & Lathes
• Light deburring of machined parts
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts produced
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to ensure proper fit and finish of parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of machining processes and materials
• Experience in operating CNC/ Manual machines
• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and reparative hand motion
• Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes
