Pay range is $20-24 per hour DOE (day shift) the give a 15% shift differential for 3rd shift (graveyard). Will need to train on first shift for a couple of weeks at the beginning.

Job Duties:

• Thorough use of a computer interface, candidate must be able to enter operating parameters, job information and view various screens to decipher proper operating settings
• Perform all aspects of utilization of the following PCB Plating equipment and processes: Electroless Copper, Electrolytic Copper, Electrolytic Tin, Etching, Resist Stripping, Electrolytic Gold, Electroless Ni/Au(ENIG),Co-bra Bond, Hot Air Levelling Solder (HASL)
• Review product flow and ensure that the products are aligned with specifications
• Maintain/clean equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as needed.
• Be able to operate and maintain the various pieces of equipment within the department
• Measure out the proper quantities and make chemical adds to baths or sumps
• Manually set up and transfer solution between tanks, totes, or barrels
• Candidate would be required to work on, in, and around open sumps, plating tanks or mechanical hoists Apply now!
• This is an ITAR facility and applicant must hold U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status per ITAR contract requirements
• 1 year minimum experience of printed circuit board
• Knowledge in manufacturing flex and rigid-flex printed circuit boards
• Knowledge in understanding prints and specifications
• Ability to visually verify fine detail work
• Ability to understand and follow directions regarding manufacturing flexible printed circuit boards
• Ability to pull/lift and carry 50 lbs.
