In this role, you will support the setup, staging, and operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines by loading feeders and performing manual component placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and assist with setup and staging of product on SMT lines Perform setup and teardown on feeders for various pick and place machines Assist operators in setting up and running machines as needed Perform manual placement of SMT components when necessary Identify and understand electronic component part numbers and descriptions Complete other assignments as required to support production goalsRequirements:
Basic understanding of SMT setup techniques and production processes Familiarity with SMT feeders and feeder loading procedures Basic knowledge of pick-and-place equipment and related SMT production equipment Ability to recognize, identify, and orient common electronic components Ability to read and understand component part numbers, descriptions, labels, and manufacturing documentation Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform detailed and repetitive work accurately Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Must be able to read and write in English sufficiently to understand work instructions and production documentationPay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$20.00•$22.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 2nd Shift, 12:00 PM•10:30PM Pay:
