Equipment Operation:
Proficiency in operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing toolsAssembly Techniques:
Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulationDocumentation:
Ability to compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like ExcelTechnical Reading:

- 1-3 years of direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment
- Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention
- Capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members, apprentices, or trainees
- Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics
- High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes, and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision, often managing their own workflow to meet production targets
