About the job The Machine Operator 1 supports automated manufacturing processes by operating equipment and performing precise assembly work in a high-detail production environment. We're looking for someone who

• Has hands-on experience using small hand tools such as tweezers, cutting blades, soldering irons, and screwdrivers, with strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Can work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day
• Has experience operating automated manufacturing equipment such as laser labeling systems, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, including performing self-inspections after completing tasks
• Can follow written and verbal assembly instructions in English with precision
• Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors
• Is comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-focused environment What you'll do
• Operate automated manufacturing equipment including laser labeling, pick and place, and reflow oven systems
• Perform detailed assembly tasks using small hand tools
• Work under a microscope to complete and inspect precision components
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Physical requirements
• Must be able to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day
• Must have strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs

ALLJ Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
