Must be able to keep track of vats coming out of cooker and vats in brine room. Must be able to safely change forms on RMC in a reasonable amount of time, as not to hinder production. Must be able to clean and CIP RMC's according to standard operating procedure. Must be able to clean flumes daily using proper procedure. Keep area clean at all times. Must be able to use chemicals in a safe and cost-effective way. Must be able to test and record brine salinity. Help with rework as time permits. Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality Must be able to take temperature of cheese into and out of RMC. Must be able to operate RMC according to standard operating procedures. Must take daily goggle and gasket inventory. Perform and document pre-ops, titrations, operational logs, and all other documentation as assigned. Must be able to perform SAP functions in the system. Responsible for following all of the Saputo safety procedures and policies. Any other duties as assigned by management.
