Job Description

  • Hiring Machine Operators On 1st & 2nd Shift
  • $21- $22/HR (Will train)
  • Job Description
  • We are seeking a machine operators to operate machines. In this role, you will also perform cleaning and changeovers between jobs and materials.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Prepare and set up machines, select correct tooling, and load the hopper with the appropriate compound.
+ Configure temperature settings, line speed, and other critical parameters to achieve specified diameter and finish. + Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment related to extrusion during full production. + Calculate and verify product diameter and tolerances according to work instructions. + Follow detailed work instructions and standard work to ensure consistent product quality. + Use data to make informed adjustments and maintain operational excellence targets. + Perform routine minor maintenance and escalate issues promptly to minimize downtime. + Adhere to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $21.86 - $22.62/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
