Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Dietary Supplement Factory Encapsulation Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating encapsulation equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean, compliant production environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, warehouse experience, and a strong commitment to sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate encapsulation machinery and packaging equipment efficiently while adhering to production schedules. Conduct quality control checks throughout the encapsulation process to ensure product consistency and compliance with FDA regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cleanroom environment in accordance with CGMP guidelines. Handle materials safely using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools. Assist with materials handling, inventory management, and proper storage of raw materials and finished products. Perform routine mechanical inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime. Follow all safety protocols, including proper sanitation procedures and use of personal protective equipment. Support assembly tasks related to packaging finished dietary supplement products for shipment. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, preferably within the dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and FDA regulations applicable to dietary supplements. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse handling equipment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and sanitation procedures. Basic understanding of materials handling, packaging processes, and assembly techniques. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.
