Lamination machine operator WMB Windows & Doors Ontario, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Machine operation Laminating Attention to detail Manufacturing company experience Mechanical troubleshooting Equipment adjustment (production tasks) Full Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Profile Wrapping Machine Operator to operate and maintain Barberan profile wrapping equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with PUR hot melt adhesive systems, profile setup/changeovers, laminate application, and quality control for PVC profiles. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient operator who can independently run the line, perform setups, and adjustments, troubleshoot wrapping defects, and help maintain consistent production quality with minimal supervision. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot production and wrapping issues while maintaining high-quality output standards. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machine to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Run PUR hot melt adhesive system Apply laminate foil onto PVC window profile Adjust machine settings to maintain proper adhesion, alignment, and finish quality. Maintain detailed documentation of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality checks for traceability. Monitor product quality and identify wrapping defects Troubleshoot machine, adhesive, and laminate issues to minimize downtime and scrap Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Work with production and maintenance team to meet output goals Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Required 2+ years of laminating machine operator experience in manufacturing Experience operating profile wrapping and/or laminating machinery Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance Preferred Direct experience operating Barberan machinery
