You will be responsible for setting up and operating heavy-duty New Britain multi-spindle automatic screw machines, ensuring high productivity while holding exceptionally tight tolerances.

Set up and operate large-format New Britain multi-spindle automatic screw machines. Tooling Installation:
Install cross-slide and end-working tooling, form tools, drills, and taps. Adjust cams and gears. Blueprint Interpretation:
Analyze complex blueprints and manufacturing routers to plan tool positioning. Troubleshooting:
Monitor machine operations to identify tool wear or mechanical drift, making real-time adjustments. Quality Inspection:
Self-inspect parts utilizing micrometers, calipers, and indicators to maintain tolerances down to $\pm0.0005$ inches. Maintenance & Safety:
Perform routine preventative maintenance and strictly adhere to all EHS policies. Qualifications & Skills Experience:
3-5 years of dedicated experience setting up and operating New Britain multi-spindle machines. Machine Expertise:
strong mechanical competency timing conventional New Britain multi-spindle equipment. Technical Knowledge:
Deep structural understanding of heavy-duty cutting tools and chip control. Precision Measurement:
Proficient using advanced inspection equipment to verify custom part dimensions. Attributes:
