Job Description
Job Purpose At Elite Metal Finishing, LLC., the Chemical Processors are a critical part of production, processing customer parts based on job travelers and customer specification. The Chemical Processors support all Elite Metal Finishing's quality initiatives, which include our Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Quality Management System. Duties and Responsibilities Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Applying chemical conversion coatings to parts as per job travelers and customer specifications Power-wash, air dry and ensure cleanliness of part prior to applying coatings Follow chemical process flow charts to ensure quality of work Read and correctly interpret job travelers Work with the Quality Team to ensure that quality standards are met Work with Production Team to understand production schedule and expedite orders Follow all company quality and safety regulations Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications High School Diploma, equivalency or similar work experience accepted Must be able to effectively read, write and communicate in English Must be able to follow instructions Must be detail oriented Must have ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Must be able to work in a team environment Ability to lift up to 25lbs Key Accountabilities Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions Ability to communicate and work with others in a courteous and professional manner
