Full Job Description Bindery Operators Required:

Ability to operate

Folders and Stitchers Full Time:

Monday through Friday, some Saturdays as work requires

Pay Rate:

$24

• $29/hr.

Abilities and Performance:

Job knowledge

• Be able to understand/comply with work instructions, procedures, and protocols Manual skills and ability to use required tools and equipment
• ie; rollem/folder/cutter/stitcher/drill/ shrink wrap operations Ability to work cooperatively with subordinates, peers, supervisors Ability to learn new methods, skills or techniques High Quality and Quantity effectiveness of time Punctual Attendance, Absenteeism or Tardiness Basic knowledge on routine maintenance on bindery machinery.

Push/Pull/ Lift Required to move pallets of material in the shop with a pallet jack varying from 175lbs

• 400 lbs. Required to move trash bins on wheels with the weight varying from 125lbs
• 400lbs. Required to lift paper ranging in size from 13" X 20" up to 28"
• 40" with a maximum weight of 45 lbs.

Be able to pick up boxes approx. weight of 35lbs.

Pay:

$24.00
