Monday - Sunday (Days Off will be Determined upon Hire)

Pay Rate:

$17.50/Hr.

Position Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Blender Operators produce tea blends by combining raw materials into WIPs using various equipment. Blender Operator 1 must operate blending equipment and perform basis adjustments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Operate, monitor, and maintain blending equipment to ensure high-quality tea blends. Follow formulas and production schedules, using correct raw and packaging materials. Inspect raw materials, report issues to QA, and take samples for approval. Maintain sanitation and food safety standards, including cleaning equipment and work areas. Complete necessary documentation and adhere to GMPs, SOPs, and company policies. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Assist in inventory, safety compliance, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Skilled in completing QC forms and basic calculations. Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs safely, work independently, and comply with company policies.
