Description of Position:

Do you have experience operating production or warehouse machinery? Our client is looking for a reliable and motivated Printer Operator to join their team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with production, warehouse, printing, or machine operation experience who is comfortable learning new equipment and working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands on, detail oriented, and eager to learn. Previous machine operation or warehouse experience is a plus, but we're especially interested in someone with a strong work ethic who can learn the company's equipment and processes quickly.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate production and processing equipment safely and efficiently Set up machines and load materials according to job requirements Monitor machines throughout production runs Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Make basic adjustments to equipment as needed Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures Package, label and prepare finished products for shipment Assist with material handling, kitting, and general warehouse duties as needed

Description of Company:

You will be supporting a well established company that specializes in fulfillment, warehousing, print production, kitting, and distribution services for a variety of customers in Rancho Cordova, California.

Experience Required:

Previous machine operation, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and computer skills Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive production and warehouse tasks Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the work area
