Our key client is growing and adding a Machine Operator to their team.
Pay Rate:
Up to $19.00/hour on W2, depending on experience.
Work Type:
Onsite - Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Work Schedule:
2nd Shift ($1.00 shift premium) | 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Duration:
3-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors
Additional Information:
Standard Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
Job Overview:
The Machine Operator is responsible for helping provide safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The Machine Operator ensures equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands, and maintains shop and field equipment.
Responsibilities:
Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities). Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations. Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement. Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process. Participate in failure investigations when relevant. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or
GED. 1-2
years of relevant experience. VEVRAA Federal Contractor - priority referral of Protected Veterans requested.
