COPY LINK link Machine Operator - Rancho Cucamonga, CA Adecco is assisting a local manufacturingpany in recruiting for Machine Operators in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced production environment. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, assembling and processing products, and maintaining workflow to meetpany standards and customer specifications. This role ensurespliance with safety, quality, and production expectations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs Key Responsibilities Production Operations Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, package, and process products according to work instructions Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met Assist with equipment setup and line changeovers Quality Control Inspect products for defects or specification issues Follow all GMP and quality assurance procedures quality concerns to supervisors immediately Safety & Compliance Comply with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, andpany safety policies Wear required PPE and maintain safe work practices hazards, accidents, and equipment issues promptly Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets Communicate production challenges and improvement ideas Assist with training new team members as needed Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork andmunication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math and measurement skills
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or quality standards Mechanical aptitude or prior equipment operation experience Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
