Job Overview Victory Wash & Windows is looking for a reliable, hardworking technician to join our growing team. We specialize in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting services across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in high-quality work, this is a great opportunity. Duties Perform exterior and interior window cleaning Operate pressure washing equipment for driveways, homes, and commercial properties Assist with installation and removal of holiday lighting (seasonal) Safely use ladders, water-fed poles, and cleaning equipment Provide excellent customer service on-site Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
