$25.00/hour + applicable shift differential A confidential manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Machine Operator II to join their Riverside production team. This position plays a key role in safely producing quality corrugated products while helping maximize machine efficiency, maintain quality standards, and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate machinery according to customer specifications and production requirements. Prepare tools and materials needed to efficiently complete production orders. Perform first-article and ongoing quality inspections. Enter production, quality, maintenance, and downtime information into electronic systems. Manage electronic files and order information for digital printing operations. Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate problems to appropriate leadership. Monitor ink levels and communicate supply needs. Provide guidance and support to other Machine Operators as needed. Assist with minor equipment repairs in partnership with supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all plant safety policies and machine-center procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma/GED and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or 4+ years of manufacturing experience in lieu of education . Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16-inch accuracy. Basic computer skills, including typing, printing, and data entry. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred:
Corrugated packaging experience. Digital printer operating experience. Electronic color management experience. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience.
