Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Shift:

Day shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM.

Overtime:

On an as-needed basis depending on daily production schedules.

Position Type:

Permanent, full-time position. Direct hire.

Experience Level:

On-the-job training will be provided! Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate packaging, roll forming, cutting, and material handling equipment. Operate overhead cranes (training provided). Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery. Keep production and work areas clean and orderly. Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training for all equipment setups and operations.

Qualifications:

Transportation:

Must have a reliable form of transportation or personal vehicle to ensure consistent attendance for the 6:00 AM shift.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Strong background and comfort using basic hand tools.

Basic Math Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and ready to work every day.

Flexibility:

Able and willing to work overtime hours on days when production demands require it.

Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Forklift experience, machine maintenance, or welding experience is a major plus!
