This energetic position combines the operation of specialized mailing equipment with safe and reliable driving to support our warehouse and distribution operations. You will be responsible for operating automatic inserting machines, and delivering mail to the post office. Your proactive approach will help streamline our mailing processes, enhance customer service, and maintain smooth warehouse functions. Duties Mail machine operator

• Gather material and put together sample based on work order; ensure all correct pieces are present, folded properly and matching variable if required
• Set up and run inserters for outgoing mail
• Set up the matching, read and print and basic ink jet on DS 200 inserter
• Communicate any issues and ensure deadline are met
• Setting up and running mail machines, tabber, ink jet & poly bag
• Ensuring the best quality
• Feeding the inkjet, tabber and poly bag
• Utilizing the forklift for daily tasks
• Watch quality throughout each run, no smearing, or printing issues
• Keep machines loaded with material
• Clean up at the end of each job, count overs, fill out and distribute overs form to CSR - Review work order and mail information form for overs instructions. Driver
• Check paperwork to material, confirm that job numbers match and tray & pallet counts are correct
• Use forklift to load truck, stacking and securing all material safely
• Deliver bulk mail to the West Sac USPS / jobs to customer
• Follow safety procedures and laws Requirements 2 years driving a DOT regulated vehicle (26 ft Truck)

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
