Universal Air, a division of Air Lift Company, is an established manufacturer specializing in innovative air suspension products for the automotive industry. We design, manufacture, assemble, and ship products from our Southern California facility. What you'll do: Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and parts Follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions Inspect finished parts for quality Use basic measuring tools to verify parts Perform routine machine and work-area cleanup Maintain an organized and safe workspace Help keep production moving and meet daily goals Report machine, tooling, or quality issues when they arise What you'll bring: Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Able to follow instructions and work independently Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Strong work ethic and positive attitude What we offer : Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Generous 401(k) with up to 8% company matching A supportive and inclusive company culture that prioritizes work/life balance Professional development to help grow your career Paid time off and paid holidays 9:00am - 6:00pm PT
