We are looking for a motivated and hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience in industrial packaging equipment. Our company supports a wide range of packaging solutions across multiple industries, and this role requires someone who can work with various types of packaging machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Job Type Full-Time Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repair, setup, and preventive maintenance on packaging machinery and production equipment Maintain and service equipment including fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, shrink wrap systems, palletizing equipment, and related machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues Support production operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment efficiency Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and operational testing Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS and SAP systems Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Follow GMP, safety, and operational procedures at all times Qualifications Mid-level to senior-level experience as a packaging machine technician or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or packaging environment Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for industrial packaging equipment Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems Familiarity with CMMS and SAP systems Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and conveyor systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and qualifications.
