The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with high-speed packaging machinery and be capable of troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain packaging machinery including fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, shrink wrap systems, and automated packaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on packaging machinery to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production and packaging lines. Execute efficient product changeovers and line setups with minimal interruption to production. Monitor machine performance and adjust operational settings to maintain quality and production efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment documentation using CMMS or related systems. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings for troubleshooting and repair purposes. Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure packaging standards and GMP compliance are consistently met. Follow all workplace safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with packaging or manufacturing equipment in food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Strong knowledge of packaging systems including fillers, cappers, conveyors, labeling systems, and shrink wrap machinery. Experience with preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and line optimization. Familiarity with

CMMS, SAP, PLC

troubleshooting, or automated production systems is preferred. Mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical troubleshooting experience required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Technical or engineering background is a plus.
