We're Hiring Machine Pros Like You Looking for a solid Machine Operator job close to home? If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we've got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it. What You'll Need 2+ years of experience Mechanical smarts — you know your way around tools and gauges Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight Strength and stamina — lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run, oversee that the work is completed properly and on time Ensure efficient and safe machine operation to produce a high quality product Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations. Completing the production run according to the daily schedule Ensure target weight of all cups/bags are within given spec. Communicate with team members in a direct manner to ensure clear instruction and proficient productivity throughout the shift. Accurately completing post run production logs. Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems.
