You'll be: Setting up and operating an automatic wave solder machine to solder multiple connections on printed circuit boards Operating and maintaining foam fluxer, using hydrometer to ensure specific gravity and resin ratio. • Adding/filling bar solder, flux and alcohol to machine as required. Cleaning and adjusting the flux density controller (FDC) and fluxer. Monitoring boards for soldering defects. Checking components for proper seating and soldering quality. • Draining the flux and clean the machine on a weekly basis. Maintaining inventory of chemical and solder usage. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, which is required. Possess at least one year related experience and/or training Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions.
