JOB FUNCTION

As a Surface Mount Equipment Operator you will be responsible for loading materials for production, adjusting machine speeds during production and inspecting the objects produced.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating SMT equipment in face paced environment

LANGUAGE

English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus

SKILLS:

Knowledge of

ISO 9001, ESD, SPC, IPC-A-610

Read and comprehend process documentation including bills of materials and assembly drawings Great verbal and written communication skills Component identification ability Well organized with the ability to keep count of parts

RESPONSIBILITIES

Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines Setup and operation of automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers Setup and operation of mass reflow ovens Perform manual component placement and inspection Perform detailed quality inspection of PCB's Perform routine machine maintenance Operate Hitachi, ASM, GSM, MPM, DEK machines, training is provided Will work in the day shift (Monday

• Friday from 7am-3:30pm) but some will need to eventually transfer to swing shift once this shift opens. Swing shift will be from 2:00pm
• 10:30PM.
