This hands-on position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing process by accurately cutting fabric pieces according to detailed patterns.

Responsibilities Carefully interpret pattern markings and cutting instructions to ensure accurate fabric layout and piece dimensions Use manual and powered cutting tools maintaining high standards of quality and consistency Organize fabric layers efficiently to optimize material usage while preventing waste Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Inspect cut fabric pieces for defects or inconsistencies before passing them on for sewing or assembly Assist with minor mechanical adjustments on cutting equipment when necessary to ensure optimal performance Maintain a clean, tidy workspace Requirements Familiarity with fabric cutting Ability to operate manual cutting tools Familiarity with sewing techniques and garment assembly processes Ability to read technical drawings, patterns, and technical specifications accurately Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cutting tasks efficiently Join us in shaping high-quality garments through expert craftsmanship!
