Competitive Pay & Growth No PCB Experience:

$19.00 - $20.00/hr starting rate.

Experienced PCB Pros:

$24.00/hr+ (Negotiable based on your background).

Specialty Skills:

Higher starting rates for those with metal, chrome, or zinc plating experience (e.g., Zimmerman Metal).

Stability:

This is a career-track role with full benefits included-more stable than typical temp work! Shifts & Training We are primarily hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts, but we invest in your success by providing training on the earlier shifts first. 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Initial training shift). 2nd

Shift:

2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Supervisors on-site to train). 3rd

Shift:

10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Goal shift for many locations).

Note:

You will likely train on 1st shift for approximately two months before transitioning to your permanent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule. equirements

Experience:

Any PCB or electronics manufacturing experience is a huge plus. If you ve worked for other circuit manufacturers in the area, we want to talk to you!

Compliance:

Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder (due to ITAR regulations).

Background:

Must be able to pass a background check (No drug screen required).
