In this role, you will manage the operation of various machinery across our departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently with limited oversight. You will also play a key role in monitoring output to guarantee that our quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Core Responsibilities:

Initiate and conclude machine cycles at designated times while maintaining standard operational efficiency. Handle equipment setup tasks and execute minor technical adjustments in coordination with the maintenance team. Halt equipment operations immediately upon detecting malfunctions and alert a supervisor or technician to facilitate necessary repairs. Help maintain high standards by alerting leadership whenever production, quality, or safety metrics fall outside of established parameters. Track the consumption of raw materials and inform your supervisor regarding any significant waste. Complete all necessary daily production logs as instructed. Provide guidance and training to incoming operators. Ensure that your workstation remains tidy and that all machinery is kept in a sanitary condition. Support a secure workplace by utilizing required personal protective equipment, including aprons, gloves, safety glasses, and back supports. Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all protocols and promptly notifying department leads of potential hazards. Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality. Comply with all organizational policies and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook. Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading and writing English is strongly preferred. Prior background in a manufacturing environment or machine operation is advantageous. Familiarity with our internal product lines and operational workflows. Commitment to excellence and a strong focus on meeting customer needs through precise attention to detail. Flexibility to accommodate overtime requests on short notice. Physical capability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to coordinate hand and eye movements effectively.
