The ideal candidate will have some experience in operating machinery in a food production environment and is skilled with troubleshooting. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products within our facility. Duties Operate and monitor semi-automatic machinery. Read, understands, and executes to the Manufacturing Work Instructions. Set up and adjust machines according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment. Load equipment with raw materials. Maneuver and lift 50 lbs occasionally. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions. Escalating equipment issue to supervision. Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitization to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain standards. Handle materials and operate in a safe manner. Adhere to all safety protocols. Labeling product and documenting work as needed. Maintain an organized workspace. Requirements 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years machine operator experience. Experience working independently and with teammates. Strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and good attitude. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating semi-automatic equipment. Experience with food manufacturing and quality control processes. Conversational Chinese speaking. Has interest to learn and grow within the company.
