$18.00/hr + $1.25 Shift Differential Job Summary The Coating Operator supports nutraceutical production by operating coating equipment, performing machine setups and changeovers, and following GMP, FDA, and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and clean coating equipment Set up machines and calibrate spray guns Load/unload materials and perform batch changeovers Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures Complete production records accurately Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Maintain a clean work area Qualifications 3-5 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Knowledge of GMP/FDA regulations preferred Bilingual Spanish required Forklift experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Basic math and reading skills required
