Let your career thrive with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Press Machine Operator in Visalia, CA. Paid 1 st lunch As a Press Machine Operator, you will: Safely operate 6-color Comco and 4-color Kidder Flexographic printing presses. Perform press setup and changeovers for production runs. Load and unload anilox rolls, plate cylinders, and paper rolls. Verify printing plates are installed in the correct sequence. Register print and match colors using computer controls and visual inspection. Monitor print quality and perform quality checks throughout production. Check and maintain ink pH, viscosity, and doctor blade performance. Complete required production and quality documentation. Review templates, eye marks, and color standards for accuracy. Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming print jobs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 4pm-12am subject to weekends and overtime. Must be able to train on 1 st shift for 3 months 8am-4pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting Must be able to pass a 7-year background and drug screen. Must be able to communicate in English Pay rate: $20.01 per hour
