Vista, CA Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with machine operation experience who enjoy working in a precision-focused environment. CNC experience is a plus but not required. Success in this role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments and technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment according to work instructions and quality standards Perform inspections using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and manual CMM equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Monitor product quality and identify defects or non-conforming materials Work closely with Inside Sales and Engineering teams to support production schedules and customer requirements Complete production and quality documentation accurately Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining productivity and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous machine operation experience required CNC experience is a plus Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small, detailed components Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and related inspection equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Basic understanding of shop math and manufacturing measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Previous manufacturing or production experience required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
