Job Description:
The Technician 1 role allows for the training and development on the assembly, labeling, packing and coating of dental implants and abutments. This is a training role with the intention of promoting the individual to higher levels.
Responsibilities:
Interfaces with quality assurance and quality control to maintain quality of work produced. Regularly partners with STA operators I-III to provide additional production. Perform day-to-day operations in a clean room center production environment. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in labeling, assembly and packaging processes. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in learning new skills and applications quickly. Capable of learning and performing all TPM (Total Production Maintenance) requirements Capable of learning regulatory requirements which include FDA QSR and ISO requirements.
Accountability:
Good manual dexterity Must be able to lift 25lbs at a minimum Have 20/20 vision with or without aid
Job Requirements:
Critical Knowledge:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent some college preferred. Successfully completes all SOP Training Successfully completes all QSR and
ISO 9001
Training Critical Skills:
Able to communicate; speak and write in English at a High School Level. Reading comprehension at a High School Level. Familiarity with PC, basic data entry, SAP a plus.
Critical Experience:
Small parts production Medical Device Experience, a plus. #

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. $25.60 - $31.20 per hour
