Aurora, CO We are currently hiring an Entry-Level PCB Plating Technician to join a manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in electronics manufacturing. No prior experience is required—will train the right candidate! Job Responsibilities Operate equipment used in the chemical and electroplating process for printed circuit boards (PCBs) Prepare and process circuit boards according to established procedures Monitor plating processes and equipment Handle and work with chemical solutions while following all safety procedures Inspect finished circuit boards for quality and proper metal coverage Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow written work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned Qualifications No previous experience required - paid training provided Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must have reliable personal transportation Must successfully complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification What We Offer $18.00 per hour Entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training Opportunity to develop skills in electronics and PCB manufacturing Stable manufacturing environment Potential for advancement based on performance If you're dependable, willing to learn, and looking for an opportunity to get started in manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you!
