PM Pay Rate:
$21.94 per hour What You'll Do As a Machine Operator I, you'll work in a machine shop environment supporting the production of aerospace components. You'll assist with operating CNC band saws and radial saws while helping maintain efficient production processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with setting up and operating CNC band saw and radial saw equipment Support manufacturing processes used to produce aerospace parts Monitor machinery and equipment during operation Maintain proper cutting conditions on machining centers Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain measuring instruments in proper working condition Meet or exceed required production output goals Learn machine setup procedures for production operations Utilize hand and power tools including: Rotary tooling Sanding devices Manual deburring tools Wrenches and related equipment Perform data entry for production tracking and timekeeping Support additional shop floor duties and overtime needs as required Required Qualifications GED or equivalent education Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and fabrication processes Familiarity with hand and power tools Basic computer skills for production data entry and timekeeping Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. Pay Details:
