Full-Time Hourly Employee Business is booming at C2 Imaging , and we are expanding our finishing team. We are currently seeking a Small Format Finisher to support our growing production department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on bindery and finishing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. About C2 Imaging & Vomela C2 Imaging is a division of The Vomela Companies , a leader in digitally printed graphics and visual communications. We partner with some of the most recognizable brands in the industry to produce high-impact print solutions, including retail signage, marketing collateral, store décor, and more. Our team takes pride in handling some of the most demanding projects in the industry. Known for exceptional service and attention to detail, C2 Imaging offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow alongside a company experiencing exciting expansion. Responsibilities Perform small format finishing and bindery operations, including cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, folding, and collating Set up and operate bindery equipment to meet job specifications Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards Monitor jobs for accuracy and consistency throughout production Troubleshoot basic equipment or job issues as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience in bindery and finishing operations preferred Proficiency with MBO folders and Challenge (or equivalent) cutters required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn; training available for candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity
Compensation Hourly Wage:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour, based on experience C2 Imaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #ZR
