On-Site Job Description Role Summary The Intersect Group is seeking a detail oriented Lottery Machine Assembler to join a growing production team. This role is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing lottery machines for distribution, ensuring every unit meets established quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in producing high quality work. You will contribute to the assembly process from frame construction through final inspection while partnering with team members to support production goals and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble lottery machine frames, cabinets, and structural components according to specifications
  • Install transparent chambers, hardware, and mechanical components while ensuring proper alignment and functionality
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks accurately and safely
  • Perform visual and functional inspections throughout the assembly process
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct minor assembly issues while escalating complex concerns as needed
  • Follow assembly drawings, schematics, work instructions, and production procedures
  • Prepare completed units for shipment and distribution activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety focused work environment while complying with all workplace standards Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify assembly defects or inconsistencies
