WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up, start, and operate industrial manufacturing equipment. Keep production moving by supplying operators with necessary materials. Monitor equipment and controls to ensure safe and efficient operation. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine machine cleaning and maintain an organized work area. Identify equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors. Use hand tools and production equipment to support daily operations. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Skills and Experience We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow! High school diploma or GED required. 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial machinery. Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment. Basic math skills, including measurements, weights, and quantities. Basic computer skills. Ability to read and understand English safety instructions and operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in an active, hands-on manufacturing environment. Ability to safely handle tools, materials, and industrial equipment.
